Pricing questions
- What happens when the beta ends?
- You will be told well before anything is charged, and nothing switches on automatically. Beta accounts keep their data and their projects.
- What counts as a measurement?
- One run of one project's tracked prompts across the AI platforms you selected. A measurement that fails still counts, because it still asked the providers — that is why the limit is on measurements started rather than measurements completed.
- Why does the plan not say four AI platforms?
- Because only two can be selected today. ChatGPT and Gemini have validated contracts; Claude and Perplexity do not yet, so listing them as included would sell something nobody can turn on. They arrive at no change in price.
- Can one project cover several countries?
- Not yet. One project is one brand, in one country, in one language — so a second market is a second project, and the projects limit is what to look at. They are compared side by side on the Projects page.
- Do I pay per scan?
- No. What a measurement costs Rankmat to buy from a provider is our problem, not a number you should have to budget against. You are billed on what you track.
